1. The MORE TH>N Smartsave prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 and over that hold a current insurance policy with MORE TH>N and have registered on the MORE TH>N Smartsave reward site www.morethanoffers.com. The prize draws are not open to employees of Metropolis International (UK) Limited or Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc, their families or anyone associated with the draw
2. To enter a prize draw you must register on the website www.morethanoffers.com or send a postcard with name, address and telephone number to MORE TH>N Smartsave Prize Draw, Unit 101, 140 Wales Farm Road, London W3 6UG
3. By registering on the website www.morethanoffers.com you will automatically be entered into the prize draw. If you do not wish to be entered into the prize draw, but do wish to register on the website you need to contact Metropolis by email at morethan@metropolis.co.uk or telephone 0870 730 1619.
4. There will be two prize draws. The closing date for the first prize draw is 31st July 2007. The Start Date for the second prize draw is 1st August 2007 and the closing date is 31st December 2007.
5. Registration on the website and entry to the prize draws is limited to one entry per person. Each entrant can only enter one of the draws
6. Incomplete, fraudulent or other registrations that do not comply to these rules or those not received by the above deadlines will be disqualified
7. One prize winner for each draw will receive a LCD television. The make and model shown on the marketing material is for illustration purposes only.
8. No purchase is required. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable. If for any reason the prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute it with one of similar value.
9. The winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will be made within two weeks of the closing dates and the winner of the first prize draw will be notified by 15th August 2007 by email and/or phone. The winner of the second prize draw will be notified by 15th January 2008 by email and/or phone
10. The winners may be required to participate in any after event publicity and hereby consent to the use of their names, counties, entries, any media interview and photograph with their local media.
11. All entrants agree to be bound by the rules and terms of this prize draw.
12. The names and counties of the winners of the prize draws will be published on the website www.morethan.com and will be made available on request by writing to MORE TH>N Smartsave Prize Draw, Unit 101, 140 Wales Farm Road, London W3 6UG.
13. The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
