By using the MORE TH>N Smartsave Card you agree to accept the following terms and conditions:

1. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, voucher or discount.
2. Discounts are valid for up to 6 people when you present your Smartsave card and specifically request your 20% MORE TH>N Smartsave discount at the time of purchase.
3. No rebate will be applicable should you not obtain your discount at the time of transaction.
4. The Smartsave Card is to be used by the authorised policyholder only and is not transferable.
5. All Smartsave Card holders must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.
6. Height restrictions may apply at some attractions.
7. All opening times, entrance prices and offers are correct at time of launch.
8. The participating attractions and offers may change at any time. No responsibility will be taken for errors or omissions on this website, or for offers withdrawn at any time by the participants, or for changes that occur after time of launch. An up to date list of attractions and offers is available from MORE TH>N at any time at www.morethanoffers.com. For up-to-date information about opening times and prices, please contact each attraction listed directly.
9. Offers valid until 31st December 2008 subject to change as set out in these rules. MORE TH>N may suspend or terminate the Smartsave Card scheme but will give as much notice as reasonably practicable before doing so.
10. Offers at attractions do not apply to pre-discounted family tickets, telephone and online bookings. These exclusions do not apply to other offers advertised on this leaflet.
11. All offers are subject to availability and each supplier’s normal terms and conditions.
12. Use of the Smartsave Card constitutes acceptance of these rules. MORE TH>N may make changes to these rules at any time and the revised rules will be posted on www.morethanoffers.com. Any subsequent use of the Smartsave Card will constitute acceptance of the revised rules.
13. All offers included within these terms and conditions are subject to a fair use policy. If MORE TH>N ("MORE TH>N", "we" or "us") is of the view that your use of any offer is excessive, has been mis-used or abused in any way, we reserve the right to (1) require you to moderate your use of the Smartsave Card relating to any benefit(s) or (2) withdraw your right to use and benefit from the Smartsave Card altogether without notice and you may be asked to return your Card to us. Smartsave Cards remain the property of MORE TH>N at all times and must be returned to us on request or destroyed when no longer valid for use.
14. MORE TH>N does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
15. MORE TH>N and Metropolis International (UK) Limited have no responsibility for the delivery, standard or quality of any goods or services received or supplied, or failure of a participant to honour a redemption, or make a specific offer available, or for any loss, damage or expense sustained by any person, howsoever caused, except insofar as the law prevents the exclusion of such liability.
